MEET LEASE {pronounced Lisa}

Lease L. Youmans is an extraordinary Life Coach, Mentor, Author and Entrepreneur and is no stranger to failure and misfortune. Many years ago, Lease found herself experiencing loss, failure, and disappointment including multiple job loss and homelessness; she had viewed herself as a complete failure. With God and a decision to change, overtime Lease began to see her life change and transform.

What excites Lease the most is seeing the lives of other people change and transform for the better. It is her desire to lift those up that find themselves trapped by disappointment and failure. Her desire is to make an impact and not just an impression on the lives of those that she is privileged to touch, by encouraging and empowering them to live their best lives. Lease finds it her mission to impact the lives of others because she believes that every life is worth living regardless of the struggle that someone may be going through.

 

As a Life Evolution Coach Lease helps her clients to live a life of purpose and prosperity.  She shows them how to gain clarity, master their mindset, build their faith in God and confidence in themselves so that they can live a life of purpose and prosperity. Her passion and desire to see others succeed was birthed during a time in her personal life while experiencing instability, homelessness, and suffering lost.

 

Lease has also received a certification as a Justice Involved Care Life Coach from Morehouse School of Medicine, which allows her to address the complex issues encountered by justice involved individuals, transforming cognitive behaviors to positive outcomes.

 

She knows what it’s like to see yourself as less than or not enough. She also knows what it’s like to see the end result and yet not know how to reach it. She has learned how to overcome failure and defeat. Lease specializes in getting results and creating strategies that will help you move forward in life, getting from your now to your next.  Lease firmly believes that “We are daily becoming who God created us to be so that we can fulfil the purpose that He created us to fulfill.”
